Getting Started-
Simply click the “Start My Free Trial” button on our website. You’ll be guided through setting up your account and choosing a membership plan.

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. You can filter classes by level to find your perfect fit.

Many of our classes just require a mat. Some classes use light equipment/props like resistance bands (long bands and loop bands), a stability ball, hand weights, a foam roller, and sliders. We also offer reformer classes requiring a reformer. Jody uses a Merrithew reformer but any reformer will work great.
If you’re looking for a class with a specific prop or without props, you can filter by equipment in the video library!

You get unlimited access to our full library of on-demand classes, new releases, monthly challenges, and targeted programs.

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the steps to reset it.

Click “Search” at the top right above “Weekly Training Plans” and enter the class you’d like to watch.

Click “Filter” at the top left above “Weekly Training Plans,” enter your desired criteria, and only matching videos will appear in our online studio.

We do! We offer monthly challenges to keep your motivation high, help you stay consistent and reach your goals. We also offer programs like Pilates Fundamentals to help guide you through multiple days of classes. Find them under the “Programs & Challenges” section of the video library.
